We do not hold a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and do not conduct regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore (SFA). All transaction execution is performed exclusively by our licensed market maker partners operating in their respective regulated jurisdictions.
You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may print or download content solely for personal, non-commercial reference.
